sec.49R Authorisations 5, 14, 15 and 16— Act , s 217
Within 60 business days after an amendment of the resource operations plan, the chief executive must, under section 217 of the Act , amend authorisations 5, 14, 15 and 16 for consistency with the resource operations plan. In this section— authorisation 14 means a water licence to take groundwater, in force immediately before the plan amendment day, in groundwater sub-area 1, 2 or 3 or the part of groundwater sub-area 17 that is not seawater intruded. s 49R ins 2009 SL No. 212 s 45 (sec.49R-ssec.1) Within 60 business days after an amendment of the resource operations plan, the chief executive must, under section 217 of the Act , amend authorisations 5, 14, 15 and 16 for consistency with the resource operations plan.
