sec.49O Purpose to be stated on water allocation
The purpose to be stated on a water allocation to take groundwater must be— if the purpose stated on the authorisation is agriculture, aquaculture, dewatering, domestic, irrigation, stock, stock intensive or a similar purpose—‘rural’; or otherwise—‘any’. s 49O ins 2009 SL No. 212 s 45
