sec.49H Unallocated groundwater
There is no unallocated groundwater in the groundwater management area other than— for granting water licences under section 49J ; or for water allocations mentioned in section 49K converted from authorisation 3; or for stock or domestic purposes under division 9 . s 49H ins 2009 SL No. 212 s 45
- (a) for granting water licences under section 49J ; or
- (b) for water allocations mentioned in section 49K converted from authorisation 3; or
