sec.45 Water allocation groups for unsupplemented water allocations
A water allocation to take unsupplemented water in a subcatchment area mentioned in schedule 8 , part 1 , column 1, belongs to— for an authorisation that states the area that may be irrigated or for town water supply purposes—the water allocation group mentioned in column 2 for the subcatchment area; or for an authorisation to take declared water for a purpose other than stock or domestic purposes—the water allocation group mentioned in column 3 for the subcatchment area; or for other authorisations—the water allocation group mentioned in column 4 for the subcatchment area. s 45 amd 2009 SL No. 212 s 38
- (a) for an authorisation that states the area that may be irrigated or for town water supply purposes—the water allocation group mentioned in column 2 for the subcatchment area; or
- (b) for an authorisation to take declared water for a purpose other than stock or domestic purposes—the water allocation group mentioned in column 3 for the subcatchment area; or
- (c) for other authorisations—the water allocation group mentioned in column 4 for the subcatchment area.
