sec.23 Decisions consistent with objectives

Decisions about the allocation or management of surface water in the plan area, other than a decision in relation to a water permit, must be consistent with— the environmental flow objectives stated in schedule 4 , part 1 , 2 , 3 or 4 ; and the water allocation security objectives stated in schedule 5 , part 1 or 2 . s 23 amd 2009 SL No. 212 s 29

• (a) the environmental flow objectives stated in schedule 4 , part 1 , 2 , 3 or 4 ; and
• (b) the water allocation security objectives stated in schedule 5 , part 1 or 2 .
