sec.13 Blacks Creek and Pioneer River
This section applies to surface water in— Blacks Creek downstream of Teemburra Creek; and the Pioneer River upstream of Mirani Weir. An ecological outcome for the water is to minimise adverse impacts on environmental conditions and geomorphic processes in Blacks Creek and the river while recognising the likelihood of changes to the conditions and processes resulting from the existence and operation of Teemburra Dam. s 13 amd 2009 SL No. 212 s 14 (sec.13-ssec.1) This section applies to surface water in— Blacks Creek downstream of Teemburra Creek; and the Pioneer River upstream of Mirani Weir. (sec.13-ssec.2) An ecological outcome for the water is to minimise adverse impacts on environmental conditions and geomorphic processes in Blacks Creek and the river while recognising the likelihood of changes to the conditions and processes resulting from the existence and operation of Teemburra Dam.
