At each node mentioned in table 7, column 1— the mean annual flow in the simulation period for surface water, expressed as a percentage of the mean annual flow for the pre-development flow pattern, be at least the percentage stated for the node in column 2; and the 1.5 year daily flow volume (the 1.5 year DFV ), expressed as a percentage of the 1.5 year DFV for the pre-development flow pattern, be at least the percentage stated for the node in column 3; and the 5 year daily flow volume (the 5 year DFV ), expressed as a percentage of the 5 year DFV for the pre-development flow pattern, be at least the percentage stated for the node in column 4; and the 20 year daily flow volume (the 20 year DFV ), expressed as a percentage of the 20 year DFV for the pre-development flow pattern, be at least the percentage stated for the node in column 5.
