This section applies in relation to an application made by a local government for a water licence to take or interfere with underground water in the underground water management area. The chief executive may accept the application if the purpose of the proposed taking is to supply town water. (sec.35-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an application made by a local government for a water licence to take or interfere with underground water in the underground water management area.
