For section 43 (2) (f) of the Act — the process for releasing unallocated water held as a strategic reserve is a process stated in the Water Regulation 2016 , part 2 , division 2 , subdivision 2 ; and the process for releasing unallocated water held as an Indigenous reserve is a process stated in the water management protocol for this plan. For the process for releasing unallocated water held as a general reserve, see the Water Regulation 2016 , part 2 , division 2 , subdivision 2 and section 40 of the Act .

• (a) the process for releasing unallocated water held as a strategic reserve is a process stated in the Water Regulation 2016 , part 2 , division 2 , subdivision 2 ; and
• (b) the process for releasing unallocated water held as an Indigenous reserve is a process stated in the water management protocol for this plan.
