sec.25 Particular decisions must be consistent with particular objectives

A decision must be consistent with— the environmental flow objectives stated in section 21 (1) ; and the water allocation security objectives stated in section 22 (1) . Subsection (1) does not apply to a decision about a water permit. (sec.25-ssec.1) A decision must be consistent with— the environmental flow objectives stated in section 21 (1) ; and the water allocation security objectives stated in section 22 (1) . (sec.25-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a decision about a water permit.

• (a) the environmental flow objectives stated in section 21 (1) ; and
