sec.63 Existing decisions about water licences not affected
This section applies if, before the commencement— a decision to grant a water licence was made; and the water licence had not been granted. The water licence may be granted as if this plan had not been made. (sec.63-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— a decision to grant a water licence was made; and the water licence had not been granted.
