sec.56 Application of division
This division applies to— a water licence to take water using a water bore if the bore is the subject of a responsible tenure holder’s make good obligations; or a water licence to take water using a water bore if the licence includes a condition (a make good condition ) mentioned in section 118 (2) (b) of the Act .
