sec.52 Application of division
This division applies in relation to the licensee of a water licence to take water using a water bore if, after the commencement, the licensee— is allowed, under the licence, to take water using a water bore that does not have a watertight delivery system; and is required, under the licence, to install stated bore works for the bore (the required bore works ); and installs, or intends to install, the required bore works by the day required under the licence; and has not received, or does not intend to receive, government funding for installing the required bore works.
- (a) is allowed, under the licence, to take water using a water bore that does not have a watertight delivery system; and
- (b) is required, under the licence, to install stated bore works for the bore (the required bore works ); and
- (c) installs, or intends to install, the required bore works by the day required under the licence; and
- (d) has not received, or does not intend to receive, government funding for installing the required bore works.
