sec.51 Definitions for division
bore works , for a water bore, means— works to install a watertight delivery system for the bore; or permanent headworks to control the flow of water from the bore; or a pipeline to distribute water taken from the bore. required bore works see section 52 (b) . volume of saved water , for a water bore, means— the volume of water the chief executive estimates was taken from the bore during a water year, after the commencement but before particular bore works are installed for the bore; less the volume of water the chief executive estimates will be taken from the bore during a water year after the particular bore works are installed for the bore.
