sec.48 Application of division

This division applies if— a water licence includes a condition that requires a watertight delivery system to be installed for a water bore; and the licensee applies to amend the licence to— change or remove the condition; and allow water to be taken from the bore without a watertight delivery system for the purpose of sustaining, or contributing to sustaining, culturally or environmentally significant values that existed on the commencement.
