sec.37 Water bore must be controlled and minimise water loss
The person must not take water under the water licence or water permit using the water bore unless— the bore is— controlled; and maintained in a way that minimises the loss of water; or the water licence or water permit allows water to be taken using a bore that is not controlled.
- (a) the bore is— (i) controlled; and (ii) maintained in a way that minimises the loss of water; or
- (i) controlled; and
- (ii) maintained in a way that minimises the loss of water; or
- (b) the water licence or water permit allows water to be taken using a bore that is not controlled.
