sec.32 Notice that water bore is not controlled or does not distribute water by pipeline
This section applies if the chief executive becomes aware that a water bore from which water may be taken under a water licence— is not controlled, whether or not the bore was previously controlled; or does not distribute water taken from the bore by a pipeline to a trough that contains the water. The chief executive must, as soon as practicable, give the licensee a notice stating— the matter stated in subsection (1) of which the chief executive has become aware; and that the licence must be amended under section 33 to impose the conditions mentioned in that section. (sec.32-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive becomes aware that a water bore from which water may be taken under a water licence— is not controlled, whether or not the bore was previously controlled; or does not distribute water taken from the bore by a pipeline to a trough that contains the water. (sec.32-ssec.2) The chief executive must, as soon as practicable, give the licensee a notice stating— the matter stated in subsection (1) of which the chief executive has become aware; and that the licence must be amended under section 33 to impose the conditions mentioned in that section.

- (b) does not distribute water taken from the bore by a pipeline to a trough that contains the water.
