sec.27 Taking or interfering with water to monitor aquifer
A person may take or interfere with water in the plan area using a water bore for the purpose of monitoring the water in an aquifer if— the maximum volume of water taken from the bore is 2ML during a water year; and the bore is controlled.
- (a) the maximum volume of water taken from the bore is 2ML during a water year; and
- (b) the bore is controlled.
