sec.25 Limitations on taking or interfering with water— Act , s 101
For section 101 (1) of the Act , a person may take or interfere with water in the plan area under that section only if the person is authorised to take or interfere with the water under— a water licence, water permit or seasonal water assignment notice; or section 26 , 27 or 28 .
- (a) a water licence, water permit or seasonal water assignment notice; or
- (b) section 26 , 27 or 28 .
