sec.15 Decision not to change location from which water may be taken
The chief executive must not make a decision about the allocation or management of water in the plan area that would change the location from which water may be taken in the plan area unless the decision— is otherwise permitted under this plan; or is permitted under the water management protocol.
- (a) is otherwise permitted under this plan; or
- (b) is permitted under the water management protocol.
