sec.18 Dealing with unallocated water
Unallocated water may be— granted under a licence granted under section 212 of the Act for a project of State significance; or granted or reserved under a process in the resource operations plan.
- (a) granted under a licence granted under section 212 of the Act for a project of State significance; or
- (b) granted or reserved under a process in the resource operations plan.
