sec.83 Managing flows in Lower Balonne
In deciding the arrangements for section 82 (2) (h) , the chief executive must have regard to the following— maximising environmental benefits and the reliability of supply of water for stock purposes and domestic purposes; improving flows that mimic the natural variability of the river system and floodplains; improving water availability for bird breeding at the Narran Lake Ramsar site.
