sec.52 Working out volumetric limit
This section applies for working out, for section 48 (1) (b) (iv) , the volumetric limit for the water licence. If an average annual volume, worked out under section 51 , is a condition of the water licence, the chief executive must have regard to that average annual volume. (sec.52-ssec.1) This section applies for working out, for section 48 (1) (b) (iv) , the volumetric limit for the water licence. (sec.52-ssec.2) If an average annual volume, worked out under section 51 , is a condition of the water licence, the chief executive must have regard to that average annual volume.
