sec.5 Water to which plan applies— Act , s 43
For section 43 (1) (a) of the Act , this plan applies to the following water in the plan area— surface water; underground water to which the Water Plan (Great Artesian Basin and Other Regional Aquifers) 2017 does not apply.
- (a) surface water;
- (b) underground water to which the Water Plan (Great Artesian Basin and Other Regional Aquifers) 2017 does not apply.
