sec.57 Application of division
This division applies to— a water licence granted by the chief executive under the Act in accordance with this plan; or a water licence to take water to which this plan applies that is amended under section 133 of the Act for consistency with this plan. However, this division does not apply to a water licence to interfere with, by diversion, the flow of water to which this plan applies. (sec.57-ssec.1) This division applies to— a water licence granted by the chief executive under the Act in accordance with this plan; or a water licence to take water to which this plan applies that is amended under section 133 of the Act for consistency with this plan. (sec.57-ssec.2) However, this division does not apply to a water licence to interfere with, by diversion, the flow of water to which this plan applies.
- (a) a water licence granted by the chief executive under the Act in accordance with this plan; or
- (b) a water licence to take water to which this plan applies that is amended under section 133 of the Act for consistency with this plan.
