sec.53 Interference with water for pumping pool
This section applies if the proposed interference with water is to provide a pumping pool to enable water to be taken under a water entitlement. The chief executive must ensure the proposed storage capacity authorised under the water licence is not greater than— for a water licence to interfere with water in the Endeavour catchment—2ML; or otherwise—20ML. (sec.53-ssec.1) This section applies if the proposed interference with water is to provide a pumping pool to enable water to be taken under a water entitlement.
