sec.46 Applications for water licences that must not be accepted
For section 43 (2) (j) of the Act , the chief executive must not accept an application for a water licence made under section 107 of the Act unless it is an application— for a water licence to take water for stock purposes or domestic purposes; or to which division 2 applies.
- (a) for a water licence to take water for stock purposes or domestic purposes; or
- (b) to which division 2 applies.
