sec.45 Water allocation groups— Act , sch 4 , definition water allocation group
For schedule 4 of the Act , definition water allocation group — the groups of water allocations for this plan are— water allocation group class 1; and water allocation group class 2; and the new water allocation is in the water allocation group stated on the water allocation.
- (a) the groups of water allocations for this plan are— (i) water allocation group class 1; and (ii) water allocation group class 2; and
- (i) water allocation group class 1; and
- (ii) water allocation group class 2; and
- (b) the new water allocation is in the water allocation group stated on the water allocation.
