sec.44 Conditions
The chief executive may impose on the new water allocation any condition the chief executive is satisfied is necessary to ensure the purposes and outcomes of this plan are achieved. When deciding the conditions under which water may be taken under the new water allocation, the chief executive must consider the conditions stated on the water licence being converted.
