sec.33 Offer for particular water licences

Subsection (2) applies to an eligible person if— the eligible person has an interest in land in a catchment; and on the commencement, there is unallocated water held as a Cape York Peninsula Heritage Area reserve in the catchment. The chief executive must offer to grant the eligible person a water licence to take water to be released from the Cape York Peninsula Heritage Area reserve in the catchment for the purpose mentioned in section 32 (1) . Subsection (4) applies to an eligible person if— the eligible person has an interest in land in a catchment; and on the commencement, there is no unallocated water held as a Cape York Peninsula Heritage Area reserve in the catchment. The eligible person may ask the chief executive, in writing, to offer to grant the person a water licence to take water to be released from a strategic reserve in the catchment for a project mentioned in section 32 (2) (b) . (sec.33-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies to an eligible person if— the eligible person has an interest in land in a catchment; and on the commencement, there is unallocated water held as a Cape York Peninsula Heritage Area reserve in the catchment. (sec.33-ssec.2) The chief executive must offer to grant the eligible person a water licence to take water to be released from the Cape York Peninsula Heritage Area reserve in the catchment for the purpose mentioned in section 32 (1) . (sec.33-ssec.3) Subsection (4) applies to an eligible person if— the eligible person has an interest in land in a catchment; and on the commencement, there is no unallocated water held as a Cape York Peninsula Heritage Area reserve in the catchment. (sec.33-ssec.4) The eligible person may ask the chief executive, in writing, to offer to grant the person a water licence to take water to be released from a strategic reserve in the catchment for a project mentioned in section 32 (2) (b) .

• (a) the eligible person has an interest in land in a catchment; and
• (b) on the commencement, there is unallocated water held as a Cape York Peninsula Heritage Area reserve in the catchment.
