sec.31 Unallocated water reserved under this plan— Act , s 43
For section 43 (1) (c) of the Act , the volume of unallocated water reserved under this plan is 516,350ML. The unallocated water reserved in a catchment is held as 1 or more of the following types of reserve— a Cape York Peninsula Heritage Area reserve; a strategic reserve; a general reserve. See the water management protocol for the volumes of unallocated water held for particular parts of the plan area. (sec.31-ssec.1) For section 43 (1) (c) of the Act , the volume of unallocated water reserved under this plan is 516,350ML.
