sec.29 Limitation on taking or interfering with underground water— Act , s 101
For section 101 (1) of the Act , a person must not take underground water to which this plan applies under section 101 (1) (c) of the Act , from an underground water management area, unless— the water is taken under a water licence or water permit; or the water is taken for stock purposes or domestic purposes.
- (a) the water is taken under a water licence or water permit; or
- (b) the water is taken for stock purposes or domestic purposes.
