For section 101 (1) of the Act , during a water year, a person must not take a total of more than 5ML of water to which this plan applies for activities prescribed under section 101 (1) (a) of the Act . However, a person must not take underground water to which this plan applies from Lakeland water licence zone 1 or 2 for an activity prescribed under section 101 (1) (a) of the Act .
