sec.45 Purpose
The purpose stated on the water allocation must be— if the purpose stated on the existing authorisation is stock, domestic, irrigation, stock intensive, agriculture, dairy, water harvesting, aquaculture or a similar purpose—‘rural’; or if the purpose stated on the existing authorisation is distribution loss—‘distribution loss’; or otherwise—‘any’.
- (a) if the purpose stated on the existing authorisation is stock, domestic, irrigation, stock intensive, agriculture, dairy, water harvesting, aquaculture or a similar purpose—‘rural’; or
- (b) if the purpose stated on the existing authorisation is distribution loss—‘distribution loss’; or
- (c) otherwise—‘any’.
