For section 43 (2) (f) of the Act , this section states the process for releasing unallocated water reserved under this plan. The process for granting unallocated water under a strategic reserve is the process stated in the Water Regulation 2016 , part 2 , division 2 , subdivision 2 . The process for granting unallocated water under an Indigenous reserve is a process stated in the water management protocol for this plan.
