sec.32 Purpose for which unallocated water may be granted
Unallocated water in the plan area may be granted only for the following purposes— for unallocated water held as a general reserve—any purpose; for unallocated water held as a strategic reserve—town water supply; for unallocated water held as an Indigenous reserve—an Indigenous purpose.
- (a) for unallocated water held as a general reserve—any purpose;
- (b) for unallocated water held as a strategic reserve—town water supply;
- (c) for unallocated water held as an Indigenous reserve—an Indigenous purpose.
