sec.28 Limitations on taking underground water in underground water management areas— Act , s 101
For section 101 (1) of the Act , a person must not, under section 101 (1) (c) of the Act , take underground water in the Atherton underground water management area or the Cairns Northern Beaches underground water management area unless the water is taken— under a water licence or water permit; or for stock or domestic purposes; or for underground water in the Atherton underground water management area—in accordance with section 27 (b) .
- (a) under a water licence or water permit; or
- (b) for stock or domestic purposes; or
- (c) for underground water in the Atherton underground water management area—in accordance with section 27 (b) .
