73 Sewage disposal

A person must not, without the consent of Essential Energy, install, maintain or use the following on land in a specified special area—

(a) a sewage collection system,

(b) a sewage treatment system,

(c) a sewage disposal system.

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
