73B Obstruction of auditor or technical expert

A person must not obstruct or hinder an auditor or technical expert in the exercise of the auditor or technical expert’s functions under this Act or the regulations.

Maximum penalty—

(a) 22,500 penalty units for a corporation, or

(b) 5,000 penalty units for an individual.
