#### 35 Period for which binding non-coverage declarations to have effect 35 Period for which binding non-coverage declarations to have effect > > (1) A binding non-coverage declaration must state the period (not exceeding 10 years) for which it is to have effect. > > > (2) Subject to its renewal under section 34, or to its revocation under section 37, a binding non-coverage declaration has effect until the end of that period. > > > (3) A binding non-coverage declaration does not have effect in relation to an infrastructure service while the service is the subject of an access undertaking.
