#### 100 Evidentiary certificates 100 Evidentiary certificates > In proceedings, a certificate signed by the Minister or IPART certifying as to a matter relating to 1 or more of the following constitutes proof, in the absence of proof to the contrary, of the matter so certified— > > > (a) an approval or licence, > > > (b) the appointment of a person as an inspector, > > > (c) a delegation under this Act, > > > (d) a notice, order, requirement or direction of the Minister or IPART, > > > (e) another decision of the Minister or IPART, > > > (f) the receipt or non-receipt by the Minister or IPART of a notification or information required to be given to the Minister or IPART under this Act or the regulations, > > > (g) an entry in a register kept by IPART under this Act, > > > (h) guidelines issued or published by IPART. > > **s 100:** Subst 2021 No 26, Sch 1\[88\].
