24U Amendment of collection point arrangement approval (1) The waste manager may, by written notice, amend the approval of a collection point arrangement by— (a) amending a condition imposed by the waste manager under section 24T (3); or (b) imposing a condition on the approval. Note A decision under s (1) is a reviewable decision (see s 26A). (2) The waste manager must give the notice to each party to the collection point arrangement. (3) An amendment takes effect on— (a) the day the notice is given; or (b) if a later day is stated in the notice—the later day.
