Use of certain land near the Macquarie Marshes Nature Reserve
(1) This clause applies to the land identified as “Buffer Area” on the Macquarie Marshes Map.
(2) Development for the purpose of intensive plant agriculture is permitted with development consent.
(3) Development for the purpose of an artificial waterbody is permitted with development consent.
