12 Use of certain land at Lightning Ridge

12 Use of certain land at Lightning Ridge

(1) This clause applies to the land coloured green on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2) Development for the purpose of a dwelling house on each residential mineral claim is permitted with development consent.

(3) In this clause—

residential mineral claim means land to which—

(a) a mining lease under Part 5 of the Mining Act 1992 applies, or

(b) a mineral claim under Part 9 of the Mining Act 1992 applies, or

(c) a Western lands lease within the meaning of Schedule 3 to the Crown Land Management Act 2016 applies.
