97 Requirements for acting as coordinating practitioner, consulting practitioner or administering practitioner (1) A person may act as a coordinating practitioner for an individual only if they— (a) are an authorised coordinating practitioner; and Division 5.3 (2) A person may act as a consulting practitioner for an individual only if they— (a) are an authorised consulting practitioner; and (3) A doctor must be either the coordinating practitioner or the consulting practitioner for an individual.
