18 Notifying individual and board about outcome of first (1) Within 4 business days after the day the coordinating practitioner makes their decision on the first assessment, the coordinating (a) prepare a written report of the first assessment (a first assessment report) that includes— (i) the coordinating practitioner’s decision in relation to the first assessment; and (ii) any other information prescribed by regulation; and (b) give the board a copy of the first assessment report; and (c) tell the individual about their decision and give the individual a copy of the first assessment report. (2) The coordinating practitioner may attach a copy of any document relevant to their decision to the first assessment report.
