153 Exercise of enforcement powers under Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 2008 (1) A medicines and poisons inspector may exercise their powers under the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 2008, chapter 7 (Enforcement) for the purpose of investigating, monitoring and enforcing compliance with this Act. (2) For subsection (1), a reference in that chapter to an offence against that Act is taken to be a reference to an offence against this Act. medicines and poisons inspector—see the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 2008, section 99.
