148 Registrar must give decision to consulting practitioner if consulting practitioner not party (a) an individual about whom a reviewable decision was made has a consulting practitioner; and (b) an application for review of the decision is made and the consulting practitioner is not a party to the application; and (c) a final order is made in relation to the application (including any appeal). (2) The registrar must give the consulting practitioner a copy of the final order as soon as practicable after the ACAT makes the order.
