139 Registrar must give notice of application for review Within 2 days after the day an affected person applies for review of a reviewable decision, the registrar must give a copy of the application to— (a) each party to the application; and (b) if the individual has a consulting practitioner and the consulting practitioner is not a party to the application—the consulting practitioner; and (c) the board; and (d) any other person the ACAT directs a copy of the application be given to.
