122 Decisions of board (1) A decision of the board on a question is valid if— (a) at least the number of members prescribed by regulation vote on the question; and (b) the question is decided by the number of votes prescribed by (2) Each member has 1 vote on each question to be decided. (3) However, if the votes on a question are equal, the chair has a casting vote.
